Christopher M. Silvio is the current Lodge President.   He took over as President in January 2024.  Chris has been with the Harrisburg Police since January of 2001 and currently holds the rank of Detective assigned to the Criminal Investigations Division.  Prior to joining the Harrisburg Police, Chris was in the United States Marine Corps.  Contact fop12pres@gmail.com or (717)-576-3607.

Vice-President

Marc McNaughton was elected as Vice President to begin his term in January of 2022.  Prior to being the Vice president Marc served as Financial Secretary and as Conductor.  Marc obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from Fairmont State College in West Virginia 2000. He joined the Harrisburg Police in 2001, is a member of the Bureau Honor Guard since 2003 and is currently a Sergeant in charge of the Bureau's Training.

​Mike Butler retired from the Harrisburg Police as a Lieutenant.  Prior to retiring, he was commander of the 3rd Platoon, and the Traffic Safety Unit.
